Dirty girl for 6/30

So, I kinda feel I should explain this week's girl a bit. See, I was going to avoid the typical type of images of "sexy girls". I wanted to focus on girls that were working everyday jobs, who happened to be sexy. Or girls that were capable and tough, which made them sexy. BUT, I had this image bouncing around in my head for a couple of weeks and I kinda had to give in and do it.

I remember taking a friend to a club in Philly (Day Dreams, off of 95, where the" girls wear nothing but a smile"!) and I was taken by the little things the girls would be doing that would remind me that "oh yeah, these girls are working!". One image that stuck in my head was how the girls would scuttle around on the stage gathering their money after their performance. If you paid attention (which, to my suprise most guys DIDN'T, as if someone turned off the"sexy" or something after the girl stopped gyrating) you'd see the "real" girl, having to gather up these dude's dollar bills that were thrown at them. I could just image the girls going to the bank to cash their ones in, or to deposit them, the way my waitress girlfriend used to do.

So, yeah, these are real people working*

Anyway, enjoy ;)

* BTW - Thank God for that, cause they make the world a happier place! (Seriously, everyone at Daydreams was crazy happy, not all skuzzy like you'd expect. There were even a lot of ladies in the audience, having a great time. Like a party, just with naked girls dancing :)

Your experiences at such places of business have clearly been more enjoyable than my first and last was...

Good point about them really just being at work though.

Yeah, I'd like to do a series of images of just strippers. But in those moments when they're not performing.

This one has some drawing problems, especially with the arms, but it still has a nice charm to it.

That's not only a cool drawing but an interesting observation of a situation. I think that kind of stuff does seem to go to the wayside when thinking of a situation. Those are those cool discussions that you can have with friends and that is usually when the funny stories come out of them.

Now the drawing itself, pretty freakin' cool man. Pretty cool.

So what's on tap next? Have to be wrapping up (unfortunately) Un-Men so I'm hoping some new news will be coming out soon.

Well... I DO have something I'll be writing AND drawing. It's big, but unfortunately I can't announce it yet.

But, MAN, I'm so fucking excited to start it! This is the kind of thing I became an artist for!

More soon...

Yippee. I'm assuming the Swinging Tales of Super Stripper is not the title....then again, maybe that is a subtle clue.
