This scene is like Temple of Doom on roids. How much freedoms as an artist do have in planning action sequences?

J.S. - Thanks, man. In this case I had a lot of freedom to plot as Roy writes in the old "Marvel style". No panel breakdowns, just a paragraph describing what's on the page. Not even dialogue.

Re: Your response to J.S. Koiuba—working Marvel style gives us some great comics from you. Everybody on this title (I’m not a Conan fan at heart) has been doing great work, but your pacing, action, and characterization have all been slammin’!
Man, thank you so much! I really appreciate that. It was a hell of a challenge, as it leaves so much open for the artist to figure out. But it does allow me lots of room to move with action scenes.
